Etiquette

No smoking is permitted in our salon and spa environment.

If cancellation is necessary, please notify us within a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please be aware that all our Spa Day Packages require a 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid being responsible for one half of the total service fee per person.

Scheduling is designed according to service in order to alleviate waiting for appointments. Please be on time for your appointment so that we can maintain our schedule.

We recommend clients schedule their next haircut, color, perm, manicure, facial, or massage prior to leaving the salon.

If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another member of our staff who might provide a fresh point of view, please let us know. Since we recognize that the correct staff/client match is important, we encourage our clients to try any one of our highly trained staff.

Due to risk of accidents and liabilities, Bishop’s Salon requests children visit by appointment only.

All prices are subject to change. Prices quoted do not include gratuities.

Refund Policy

Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:

1. Services received cannot be refunded.
2. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging at which time it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged.
3. Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase.
4. No refunds are given for gift card orders.
5. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
6. Gift card orders are not exchangeable.

Privacy Policy

Bishop’s Salon and Day Spa is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will use any information supplied by you only for internal purposes. We will not sell or provide any information about you to any third parties unless required to do so in completing your credit card purchase. You should note the following:

1. Our site uses special security software (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL software) to ensure that your credit card information is protected when you submit orders online. A small yellow padlock should appear at the bottom of your browser once you enter the shopping cart and are prompted for credit card information. This yellow padlock assures you that the information you are submitting to us is encrypted so that it cannot be intercepted or read clandestinely by other parties. If you do not see the padlock, please call us before submitting your credit card information. We will reveal only the last 5 digits of your credit card number when confirming an order via email or over the telephone.

2. Our web site host provider and our internet credit card gateway processor are responsible for also protecting your information as your orders are authorized via the internet. Your credit card information will be encrypted as it is transmitted from our site to our credit card processor via the internet.

3. We will also safeguard and honor your privacy by not selling your name, home address or email addresses to any other third parties. Any information that we collect from you will be retained only for our own internal purposes in meeting and fulfilling your orders.

4. We will email you about special offers or promotions only if you give us permission to do so. We are adamant about not contributing to the spamming problem that most active online users must now endure. We respect your rights to request to not receive such promotions via email.
